Elevator waits are absurdly long!!! Maintenance is sorely needed everywhere, especially the dirty pool and lack of proper air conditioning during our stay!!!

The bed in my room was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The refrigerator and microwave were useful for keeping snacks and drinks. WiFi worked well for streaming and browsing. However, I encountered several issues that detracted from the experience. The carpets had noticeable stains, and the overall room condition felt disappointing, lacking basic cleanliness. The bathroom had a strange odor, and I found some hair in the corners. The breakfast options were limited, consisting mainly of basic items like muffins and oatmeal. Plus, the staff seemed overwhelmed. I had to wait quite a while to check in. It's a shame because the location offered easy access to major highways, but the hotel itself needs a solid renovation and better upkeep.
